You’re free to sell the design off at any time howeverβ™‘You must credit me if/whenever posting my art/design and you must not take any form of credit for the design. However you are allowed to add whether you made edits to the initial designβ™‘You may draw/edit my art of the initial design but credit must still be given to me when postedβ™‘My designs may be traded, bought, etc regardless of how you received it, unless it was gifted and you didn’t add any monetary value to it by adding art to its worth. Then it may only be traded/giftedβ™‘My designs are not permitted to leave toyhouse under any circumstances. You must have a toyhouse to own my designs. I can supply invite codes if needed. You will be blacklisted if you delete any of my designs from toyhouseβ™‘You are also not permitted to clone character profiles for co-owning. You may co-own my designs but they must be on one single accountβ™‘False bidding will lead to blacklisting. Not keeping to payment plan deals will also get you blacklisted. Highly referencing my designs will also leave you blacklisted (unless you own one of my designs and base a sibling character off them)β™‘My designs are not to be used commercially unless you pay an extra fee! This is the same with my custom designs. Fees will be discussed in the commission section but the fee may change depending on what commercial rights you would like!
